The Brand Makkers is not liable for:

Technical issues arising from third-party software, hosting, or plugins
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using our services
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project.
9. Website and Hosting
If hosting is provided through The Brand Makkers, it follows standard uptime and maintenance practices.
We are not responsible for downtime, security breaches, or loss of data on third-party servers.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a project in writing if the other fails to meet obligations.
The client must pay for all completed work and any resources used up to the termination date.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Finnish law.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be settled in the Helsinki District Court, Finland.
